SANTA CRUZ, CA - Despite Dar Tucker logging a double-double and the Bighorns leading the majority of the game, the Bighorns fell 121-118 to the Santa Cruz Warriors Saturday night at the Kaiser Permanente Arena in Santa Cruz, Ca. Bighorns guard Ra'Shad James led the Bighorns with 43 points, four rebounds, three assists and two steals. Dar Tucker dished out 24 points and 11 rebounds. Coby Karl tallied 16 points, five rebounds and five assists while Sim Bhullar totaled 10 rebounds and four points. James went 16-29 from the field during the contest. Dominique Sutton led the Warriors with 32 points and 13 rebounds. Darington Hobson followed Sutton closely with 26 points, seven rebounds and eight assists. Ognjen Kuzmic grabbed 17 rebounds and tallied eight points. The Bighorns return to the Reno Events Center tomorrow night at 5 p.m. to host the Idaho Stampede. The first one-thousand fans in attendance will receive a reusable water bottle in honor of NBA Development League Green Week.
