
Isotopes to host youth clinic May 8

This summer, kids will have the chance to learn the fundamentals of baseball from Albuquerque Isotopes players and coaches. The Isotopes will host three youth baseball skills clinics at Isotopes Park during the season, beginning on Saturday, May 8.
The clinics are open to kids 5-15 years of age with a maximum of 100 kids per clinic. To sign up, register in person at the Isotopes Administrative Office, located on the 2nd floor of Isotopes Park, between the hours of 10:30 AM â 4:30 PM.
A registration fee of $50 will get each player instruction, an Isotopes hat, water bottle, certificate, a post-clinic lunch provided by Sonic Drive-In, and two tickets to that night's Isotopes game. Participants are asked to bring their own baseball gloves, proper clothing, protective equipment, and proper footwear.
The other two clinics will be held June 12 and July 10. For more information, call the Isotopes at 924-2255.
