Intimidators Drop Game One To Hickory 5-2

Kannapolis, NC - The Intimidators comeback bid against the Hickory Crawdads fell short in game one of a four-game set at Fieldcrest Cannon Stadium 5-2.
Kannapolis trailed 5-0 entering the seventh when the Intimidators plated Jim Gallagher on a Logan Johnson RBI single. An inning later Andrew Mead drilled his first homer of the season to make it 5-2. But the Intimidators couldn't score again stranding two in the ninth.
