Friday, March 23

FLORIDA 1 - Inferno 0

In a goalie battle, Florida came up with the only goal in the game, 1:10 into the first period. Todd Ford stopped 38 of 39 shots on goal and Craig Kowalski got the shutout stopping all 24 Inferno shots.

Saturday, March 24

FLORIDA 7 - Inferno 3

Going into the third period in a 2-2 tie, the Everblades scored five goals to grab the win over the Inferno. Owen Fussey netted two and Brendan Cook scored one for the Inferno.

Sunday, March 25

COLUMBIA 3 - Pensacola 2

Owen Fussey scored two goals including the game winning goal and Bryan Rodney added one to help the Inferno beat Pensacola. Rob Gherson stopped 44 of 46 shots on goal to earn the win.

END OF THE SEASON PARTY

The Columbia Inferno invite you to our end of the season party on Wednesday, April 4th at 6pm at Carolina Wings in West Columbia. All players will be in attendance and we will be auctioning off their game-worn jerseys.

This is the final game between the Lynx and Inferno this season. Columbia is 5-2-1 this season against Augusta. Augusta is currently in fourth place in the South Division with 77 points (37-26-3).

Friday, March 30, 7:05pm

Inferno vs. Gwinnett Gladiators

Carolina Coliseum

Gwinnett is in third place in the South Division with 83 points (38-21-7). This is the final game between the Inferno and Gladiators. The Inferno is 2-6-1 against Gwinnett this season.

Saturday, March 31, 7:30pm

Inferno @ Charlotte Checkers

Charlotte Bobcats Arena

The Inferno is 2-4-1 against the Checkers this year. Charlotte is in sixth place with 75 points (36-25-3) and battling for the last playoff spot in the South Division. This is the eighth of nine games this year for these two teams. The Inferno will end their season against Charlotte next week on April 7th.

Owen Fussey scored two goals in each of his last two games...Bryan Rodney scored three points (1g-2a) in his last two games...Brad Ralph has four points (1g-3a) in his last four games.

Friday, March 30th: Blaze's Birthday: First 1,500 fans through the doors will receive a Blaze bobblehead in honor of his birthday. Mascots will be all around the concourse and will appear in a mascot broomball game during the first intermission.
