THE WEEK THAT WAS:

Friday, December 15th Inferno 2 - SOUTH CAROLINA 4

The Inferno dropped their third straight game against the Stingrays 4-2. Bryson Busniuk and Anthony Battaglia each scored a goal in the third period as the Inferno tried to come back but could not hold on. Rob Gherson stopped 21 of 25 shots on goal.

Saturday, December 16th Inferno 2 - PENSACOLA 3

Anthony Battaglia scored only 1:05 into the game as the Inferno took a fast lead. Pensacola tied it up at 6:38 with a goal by Hemingway. Luke Fulghum scored his eighth goal of the season at 7:44 of the second period as the Inferno regain the lead 2-1. Pensacola scored two goals in the third period to steal the 3-2 win.

Sunday, December 17th Inferno 2 - FLORIDA 5

Jeff Miles and Brad Ralph each scored for the Inferno as they drop to the Everblades 5-2. Chris Thompson and Luke Fulghum each had an assist on both goals. Rob Gherson stopped 36 of 40 shots on goal. Florida outshot the Inferno 41-25.

THE WEEK THAT WILL BE:

Friday, December 22nd @ 7:05 p.m. Inferno vs. Reading Royals Carolina Coliseum This is the first time in franchise history that the Inferno will face off against the Reading Royals. Reading is in first place in the North Division of the American Conference with 28 points (12-10-0-4). The Royals are currently on a two game winning streak.

Saturday, December 23rd @ 7:35 p.m. Inferno @ Gwinnett Gladiators The Arena at Gwinnett Center

Gwinnett is in third place in the South Division with 34 points (15-7-3-1). This is the fourth of nine games against these two teams this season. The Inferno is 0-3-0-0 this year against the Gladiators.
