
Individual tickets to Revolution-Galaxy game on sale now

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. - Individual game tickets for the New England Revolution-LA Galaxy match on Saturday, Aug. 8, are now on sale and start at $20. The match will kick off at 6 p.m. at Gillette Stadium in the Galaxy's only 2009 visit to New England. Tickets will be available by calling the Revolution at 1-877-GET-REVS or through all Ticketmaster outlets, including ticketmaster.com and by calling 1-800-745-3000.
Great seats are still available for the match against LA, with midfield and sideline seats available for individual purchase for the first time since 2006. More than 10,000 tickets have already been sold with interest expected to increase in the coming weeks.
In addition to individual tickets, special discounted two-game and four-game packages that include the Los Angeles game are also available.
The Revolution, who will travel to Los Angeles to face the Galaxy at The Home Depot Center this Saturday, July 4 at 11 p.m. on Fox Soccer Channel, is currently 4-4-4 overall and has advanced to the semifinals of SuperLiga 2009, the annual competition between top club teams from the U.S. and Mexico. New England is the defending champion of the event and will host a special semifinal doubleheader at Gillette Stadium on Wednesday, July 15. The Revs will face the rival Chicago Fire in the first game, followed by the UNAL Tigres (MEX)-Santos Laguna (MEX) semifinal. Kickoff times will be announced at a later date.
