Binghamton Rumble Ponies News Release
BINGHAMTON, NY - Inclement weather forced the postponement of Wednesday night's game between the Binghamton Mets and Erie SeaWolves. The contest will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Tuesday, August 25 with first pitch of the opener set for 5:35 PM.
Wednesday's rainout marks Binghamton's second postponement of the season and first at home.
Ticket holders for Wednesday's game can redeem them for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any future 2015 regular season home game, excluding July 4.
With their homestand finale washed away, the B-Mets (8-5) hit the road for a week-long trip that will bring them to Manchester, NH and Portland, ME. They start their second road swing of the season with a four-game series against the New Hampshire Fisher Cats on Thursday night at 6:35 PM. RHP Rainy Lara takes the mound against RHP Mike Lee. The Horizons Federal Credit Union Pregame Show can be heard starting at 6:20 PM on Newsradio 1290 WNBF and the Binghamton Mets channel on TuneIn.
