Important Ticket Information

Green Bay Gamblers News Release


If you purchased tickets to our games on 3/20, 3/21, 3/27, 3/28, 4/14, 4/17 or 4/18 you have a couple of options.

1 - Exchange your tickets for any regular-season game during the 2020-2021 season + get four additional FREE tickets to any regular-season game during the 2020-2021 season. You will receive undated vouchers that can be exchanged at the box office for any game next season. If you wish to exchange your tickets, please contact Greg at Greg.Lynch@GamblersHockey.com. You will just need your order confirmation, seat location or account number to receive an exchange.

2 - Contact the box office at 800-895-0071 or send your tickets to the address below to receive a refund via the payment type that you used to purchase the tickets.

If you have a flex plan or purchased full season or group tickets, you will be contacted directly via email and/or phone with more information in the coming days.

Unfortunately, we are unable to transfer or refund any complimentary/give-away tickets.
