
Impact Trades Bobby Burling to Chivas USA

MONTREAL -The Montreal Impact announced a trade on Friday, sending defender Bobby Burling to Chivas USA for an international roster spot in 2013.
Burling played in 23 games (2,041 minutes of play), all as starter, for the Earthquakes last season. The American-born player is a veteran of five MLS seasons, appearing in 71 games for both San Jose and Chivas USA.
Chivas USA acquired his rights following a two-week trial in which he appeared in two MLS Reserve League games.
