FRISCO, TX - The Texas Legends (6-20) dropped a home matchup to the G League Ignite (11-16) 82-99 to even the season series.
Texas struggled offensively, knocking down 36% and 23% outside while Ignite hit 51% overall and 33% from beyond the arc. The lead changed 10 times before Ignite took control early in the second. With a 15-2 run to open the quarter, the visitors built up a 10-point lead and carried a 58-42 advantage into halftime. Implode would hold the double-digit gap through the second half using a balanced attack to hold off the Legends 41-40.
Amauri Hardy had another big night for Texas with 21 points, 5 rebounds, and 7 assists. Kalob Ledoux added 18 points, 4 rebounds off the bench and Justin Jackson and AJ Lawson finished with 11 points apiece.
John Jenkins led Ignite with 23 points while Leonard Miller tallied 18 points, 21 rebounds.
