IceMen Announce Game Date Change in Schedule

EVANSVILLE, IN.--- The Evansville IceMen, proud ECHL affiliate of the Columbus Blue Jackets and St. Louis Blues of the National Hockey League and the Springfield Falcons and Peoria Rivermen of the American Hockey League, have announced a change of game date during their second half of the 2012-13 ECHL schedule.

The IceMen game originally scheduled for Sunday, February 24th at Orlando against Eastern Conference South Division rivals, the Solar Bears, has been moved to WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 20TH.

Game time for this re-scheduled contest is set for 6:00 pm CST from the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida with broadcast time on IceMen radio flagship, "Magic 98.5 FM," 1400 AM WEOA and the IceMen Radio Network set from 5:30 pm CST.

Due to the re-scheduled date, this game now becomes the opening game of an IceMen three-game road junket into Florida with the excursion capped through two games against the reigning ECHL Kelly Cup Champions, the Florida Everblades on Friday, February 22nd and Saturday, February 23rd.

This week, the IceMen face three games in three days this weekend as they travel to Cincinnati to be guested by the North-Division leading Cyclones, Friday, January 25th.

This Saturday night, January 26th, the IceMen resume their acerbic archrivalry with Fort Wayne as the Komets invade the Ford Center for Evansville's lone home appearance for this week. Game time is 7:15 pm with the world-renowned Russian Bar Trio in the IceMen house to present their exciting and entertaining show.

Sunday afternoon at 4:00 pm, the IceMen conclude the busy weekend with a trek to Toledo to be hosted by the Walleye.
