St. John's IceCaps News Release


ROCHESTER, NY - Charlie Lindgren kicked out 29 shots as the St. John's IceCaps shut out the Rochester Americans 3-0 Friday night at the Blue Cross Arena in Rochester, New York.

Jacob de la Rose, Brett Lernout and Nikita Scherbak scored for St. John's, while Bobby Farnham and Daniel Audette each had a pair of assists.

After a scoreless first period, de la Rose struck for the IceCaps and Lernout padded the lead in the middle frame, before Scherbak sealed the win in the third. Jeremy Gregoire and Chris Terry also added assists for St. John's.
