
Ice Flyers Make Roster Changes

Pensacola, Fla. (March 4, 2011) - The Pensacola Ice Flyers will have a new, yet familiar face on the bench when they take to the ice on Thursday to face the Fayetteville FireAntz. Head Coach Todd Gordon announced the addition of Dan Buccella to the Ice Flyers' roster this morning.
Head Coach Todd Gordon said, "The addition of Buccella will provide us with some additional on ice and locker room leadership. he knows our systems and how we work down here. I know the guys will be excited to welcome him and we are excited to welcome him back to Pensacola."
Dan, a 6'0", 180 pound Left Wing, originally from Woodbridge, Ontario, played last season with the Pensacola Ice Flyers amassing 12 Goals, 20 Assists and 32 Points. He played 21 games this season with the Knoxville Ice Bears and had 12 Points.
To make room for the addition of Buccella to the roster, the Ice Flyers' released Defenseman Kyle Crawford and Forward Chris Bratina. In addition, the Ice Flyers' waived Dean Yakura yesterday. Dean had returned to the Ice Flyers after being on loan to the Idaho Steelheads of the ECHL.
