
I-Cubs, Sky Sox Postponed

Iowa Cubs News Release
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO - This afternoon's game between the Iowa Cubs and the Colorado Springs Sky Sox has been postponed due to rain. A double header has been scheduled for tomorrow night at 5 p.m. at Security Service Field. Two seven-innings games will be played.
The I-Cubs will send RH Jay Jackson (1-1, 5.31) to the mound in game one, and RH Austin Bibens-Dirkx (2-1, 5.14) will start game two. LH Josh Muecke (1-3, 5.59) and RH Claudio Vargas (0-0, 5.59) are expected to be the starters for the Sky Sox in games one and two, respectively.
Tune into AM 940 at 4:45 p.m. for the Safeco On-Deck Circle Pre-Game Show, followed by the live broadcast of the double header as the Cubs take on the Sky Sox.
