I-Cubs and Sky Sox Postponed

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO - Tonight's scheduled contest between the Iowa Cubs and the Colorado Springs Sky Sox has been postponed due to rain. The two teams will make up the game with a doubleheader beginning at 5 p.m. CT tomorrow at Security Service Field. Both games will last 7.0 innings. Iowa is slated for a three-game set in Colorado Springs. The finale will be played on Thursday, Aug. 23 at 7:40 p.m. CT.
The I-Cubs visit Omaha before returning to Principal Park for the final homestand of the season Aug. 28-Sept. 3. Promotions include Dollar Dogs on Aug. 29, Pink in the Park Night on Aug. 31 and a 50th Season Mason Jar Giveaway on Sept. 3. For more information or tickets, visit www.iowacubs.com.
