Duluth, Minn. - The Duluth Huskies (18-10) finished their series sweep of the Mankato MoonDogs in front of 4,412 fans, the second largest crowd in Huskies history, with a 5-0 shutout.

The Huskies were led by a strong pitching performance by Mitch Bauer. Bauer held the MoonDogs off the board for 6.2 innings, allowing only one hit and walking one over that span. The Huskies added early run support as Alex Wojciechowski batted in Danny Lee in the third and Lee hitting a single in the fourth to score Jean Figueroa. MoonDogs starting pitcher Tyler Leibert left the game in the fourth after pitching 3.1 inning while allowing five hits and two earned runs. The Huskies took advantage of three errors and would tack on three more runs in the seventh to secure the win.

The Huskies were able to crush their previous record for attendance in a year by drawing in 51,161 fans for the entire season. The Huskies would like to thank the dedicated fans for showing their support throughout the entire regular season.

The Huskies will finish the rest of the regular season on the road starting with a series in Rochester tomorrow at 7:05.
