Hunter to suit up at CHL/NHL Prospects Game

The Prince George Cougars are pleased to announce that forward Eric Hunter has been selected to play in the 2004 Home Hardware CHL/NHL Top Prospects game on January 21 in London, Ontario. Hunter, who was ranked at the 24th position for WHL skaters eligible in this year's upcoming NHL entry draft, has tallied 12 goals and recorded 14 assists in 43 games for the Cougars this season.

The Top Prospects game will showcase 40 of the top CHL players that are eligible for selection in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft that will be held in Raleigh, N.C. on June 26 and 27.

More than 300 players have suited up in the Home Hardware CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game and gone on to be selected in the NHL Entry Draft, including all 40 players who played in the game last year.

The 2004 Home Hardware CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game is set to begin at 7:00 p.m. on January 21, 2004 at London's John Labatt Centre. The game will be broadcast live across Canada on Rogers Sportsnet.
