
Hunt Named Defensive Player of the Week

Regina, SK, July 23, 2008 - In his first game back in his hometown of Regina, linebacker Reggie Hunt recorded two interceptions, a quarterback sack and eight defensive tackles, earning CFL Defensive Player of the Week honours.
Hunt was playing his first game since being acquired by the Alouettes last winter. He started in place of Dwayne Taylor, who was unable to play due to back spasms suffered the day before the team left for Regina.
The Alouettes leave Regina tonight for Vancouver where they will face the B.C. Lions this Friday at 10 p.m. (EST) at B.C. Place (RDS/TSN/CKAC SPORTS/CJAD 800/).
