Houston Aeros debut Houston Aeros Charities jersey, host Peoria

HOUSTON, Texas -The Houston Aeros will again host the Peoria Rivermen tonight in a 7:35 p.m. contest after defeating the club 5-2 last night. Houston (21-17-1-7) ranks tied for second in the West Division, leading the Rivermen by four points. The Aeros will debut their Houston Aeros Charities (HAC) jerseys tonight which will be auctioned off later in the season as part of the annual "Jerseys Off Their Backs" fundraiser. After tonight's contest the team will break for the All-Star Weekend while Barry Brust and Corey Locke will head to Worcester to represent the Aeros on the Canadian All-Star Team. The All-Star skills competition will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. CST and the game itself will be played at 6 p.m. CST Monday. You don't want to miss the AHL's finest on their weekend to shine!
