In the bottom of the fifth, after Eugene took a 3-0 lead, Jeff Houghtby hits a double down the right field line that scores Ricardo Genoves to make it 3-1.
The next batter, Carter Aldrete , hits a sacrifice fly to centerfield that scores Houghtby and makes it 3-2.
In the bottom of the ninth inning, after Eugene makes it 4-2, Houghtby hits another double that scores Logan Wyatt and makes 4-3.
The Volcanoes will play the final game of the three game series against the Emeralds with Jesus Ozoria on the mound against Eugene's Eduarniel Nunez
July 27th: Houghtby's 2 RBI doubles not enough in a 4-3 loss to Eugene.
