Pensacola Ice Pilots News Release
Pensacola, FL - The Pensacola Ice Pilots will begin a three game home stand tomorrow night vs. Mississippi at 7:05 p.m. and will also play home on Saturday night vs. Louisiana at 7:05 p.m. and Monday, St. Patrick's Day vs. Jackson at 6:05 p.m.
Ice Pilots forward Greg Pankewicz, who leads the league with 39 goals and is the top scorer on the Ice Pilots with 73 points, is four goals away from tying Chad Quenneville's single season goal scoring record of 43 set during the Ice Pilots first season.
Pankewicz scored 39 goals last season and already has 39 goals this season with nine regular season games left. Pankewicz is second all-time on the Ice Pilots goal scoring list currently with 78. Chad Quenneville is the all-time Ice Pilots leading goal scorer during the regular season with 93 goals.
It is Mediacom Cable Bill Night tomorrow night when the Ice Pilots play Mississippi at 7:05 p.m. Fans who bring their Mediacom Cable bill to the game will receive half price on a $13 and $10 ticket up to four tickets for each cable bill.
The first 3,000 fans on Saturday night vs. Louisiana at 7:05 p.m. will receive Pom Poms sponsored by Jackson Hewitt. A post game autograph session will take place with the entire team. It is also Protect and Serve Night with Police, Fire and Rescue departments and Pensacola City Employees Night.
The first 3,000 fans on Monday night vs. Jackson at 6:05 p.m. will receive Baptist Hospital Beach Safety Packs. Also fans can buy one and get one free voucher for the game at any Super Lube location.
Fans can purchase individual game tickets in person at the Civic Center box office, at any Ticketmaster location, Charge by Phone at 434-7444 or through the Ice Pilots website at www.icepilots.com.
Kelly Cup Playoff strips are on sale for all 15 potential home games. The cost for all 15 potential home games is $288 for Glass seats, $221.85 for Blue Lines and Sides, $202.50 for Goals and Lower upper level seats, $162 for Upper Level seats and $221.85 for wheelchair seats. Fans can purchase Playoff strips, season tickets, group tickets and birthday parties, by calling the Ice Pilots office at 432-PUCK.
