
Generals & Prowlers are Raffling a Harley

Greensboro, NC â The Greensboro Generals of the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL), in conjunction with the Greensboro Prowlers of arenafootball2 (af2) and Plum Krazy's Bar and Grill, are offering bike enthusiasts and all fans the opportunity to have their own hog for cheap. A raffle for a 2003 Harley Davidson Fatboy Anniversary Edition motorcycle is now officially underway.
There are a grand total of only 300 raffle tickets to be sold. Tickets will be sold for $100.00, with proceeds benefiting the Greensboro Generals Foundation Inc. Tickets will be available at all remaining Generals home games, including playoffs, at Sarge's Supply Tent merchandise stand. They will also be on sale at the Prowlers season opener on April 5 and their home game on April 26 at the merchandise stand. Plum Krazy's, located at 106-B Guilford College Rd. in Greensboro, will also sell tickets during their working hours all the way until the deadline, which is Tuesday, April 29. The drawing for the winning raffle ticket will also be held at Plum Krazy's on the 29th. Raffle ticket holders are not required to be present for the drawing.
The Greensboro Generals Foundation is committed to providing assistance to charitable organizations throughout the Piedmont. The foundation serves seriously ill, disabled, or disadvantaged youths and their families through fundraising activities, charitable drives, and charitable grants or donations. Anyone wishing to donate to the Greensboro Generals Foundation in addition to the raffle can contact David King with the Generals and Prowlers at (336) 218-5428, X-25.
The Generals continue their franchise record eight game road trip with games this Friday and Saturday night at the Pee Dee Pride. Both games are set to begin at 7:30. The Generals don't return home until the final week of the regular season, kicking off a four game homestand against the division leading Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies on Tuesday, March 25 at 7:00.
