RICHMOND, VA ¡VThe RiverDogs would like to extend a Happy Thanksgiving and a terrific holiday season to each and everyone. The RiverDogs are in Danbury to play the Trashers on Wednesday, November 23, 2005. When the team comes home, there are plenty of upcoming promotions.
Friday, November 25, 2005, the RiverDogs play host to the Danbury Trashers at 7:35pm. It will also be Richmond Times-Dispatch Family 4 Pack Night. For $44.00, a family of four will get the following:

On Saturday, November 26, when the RiverDogs play host to inner-state rival Roanoke Valley at 7:35 pm, it will be PACK THE POUND NIGHT! All tickets in the upper bowl are just $6.00! Tickets can be purchased at the Richmond Coliseum Box Office or online at www.ticketmaster.com. When fans leave the building, each will receive a Fox Sock. Fans are asked to purchase little Christmas gifts and goodies and fill those socks and return them on Friday, December 2 when the RiverDogs play Adirondack. The socks will be distributed to the needy families in the Greater Richmond area.
When the RiverDogs play the Elmira Jackals at the Richmond Coliseum on Saturday, December 3, 2005, it will be TOYS FOR TOTS NIGHT! Fans are asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy and all the toys will be given to children in local hospitals and needy families.
On Saturday, December 10, when the Fort Wayne Komets make their only appearance, it will be TEDDY BEAR TOSS NIGHT! Fans are asked to bring a brand new teddy bear to the Coliseum and when the RiverDogs score their first goal, fans are to toss the teddy bears on the ice. The bears will be collected and distributed to local area hospital patients in the Richmond area.
