Hog Talk Returns to District, Road Watch Party on Saturday

Rockford, Ill.-The Rockford IceHogs announced that Hog Talk is returning to District Bar & Grill for the 2013-14 season. The season premiere of the IceHogs talk show with players and coaches will be on Monday, Oct. 14 at 6 p.m.

Hog Talk will air on Tuesdays from 6-7 p.m. on Antenna TV channel 23.2. Fans can go watch the show live at District Bar and Grill, located at 205 West State Street, on most Mondays throughout the season from 6-7 p.m.

The hour long show will have interviews with players and coaches during each episode to go along with questions from fans and contests for those in attendance. Hog Talk will once again be hosted by the IceHogs play-by-play broadcaster Mike Peck and he will be joined this year by Brian Tosti.

To kick off the 2013-14 season, there will be a road watch party at District Bar and Grill for the season opener against the San Antonio Rampage on Saturday, Oct. 5 at 7:00 p.m. Fans can cheer on the IceHogs for their first game of the 2013-14 campaign and take advantage of food and drink specials.

Next Home Game: Saturday, Oct. 19 vs. Grand Rapids. Game time is 7 p.m. Rockford opens the home portion of their regular season schedule against the Griffins. The first 5,000 fans to the game will receive an IceHogs calendar courtesy of Stateline Staffing Services.
