Hodgson to Head Overseas; Placed on Team Suspension

Wichita, KS - The Wichita Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Edmonton Oilers, AHL's Bakersfield Condors and powered by Toyota, announced today that forward Hayden Hodgson has left the team to pursue a better financial opportunity with a team overseas.

Hodgson recorded four points (2g, 2a) in 13 games for the Thunder. He's been placed on team suspension.

The Thunder hits the road for the next three games, starting tonight in Texas against the Allen Americans at 7:05 p.m.
