
Hillcats and Wood Ducks Postponed Saturday Due to Pending Forecast

Lynchburg, Va. - After Friday night's game, the Lynchburg Hillcats announced that Saturday night's game against the Down East Wood Ducks has been postponed due to the pending forecast. The game will be made up as park of a double-header on Sunday, April 8 at City Stadium, with the first game starting at 1 p.m.
The double-header will consist of two seven-inning games.
Fans with tickets to Saturday's game can bring their ticket stub back to the City Stadium box office to be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value, with the exception of July 4, for any future 2018 Hillcats home game.
The next time the Hillcats are in action, it will be the first Sandlot Sunday of the season, featuring Kids Run the Bases, family catch in the outfield, and whiffle ball following the second game of the double-header.
