
Heat Recall Tuzzolino

Abbotsford, BC - The Abbotsford Heat announced today that they have recalled defenceman Nick Tuzzolino from the Utah Grizzlies of the East Coast Hockey League.
Tuzzolino, a native of Buffalo, NY, has played 18 games this season with the Grizzlies recording 13 points while accumulating 58 penalty minutes. He is currently tied for the team league for points among defencemen. During the 2011-12 season, the 6'5", 225 lbs rearguard played 13 games with Abbotsford notching three goals and an assist. Tuzzolino also played three games with Lake Erie (AHL) and 60 games with Utah last season. He was originally selected by the New York Islanders in the 7th round (196th overall) of the 2005 NHL Entry Draft.
