Thursday, November 10 - Knoxville 5, Huntsville 3

HUNTSVILLE, AL - The Knoxville Ice Bears scored four goals in the third period as they rallied from a 3-1 deficit to beat the Huntsville Havoc 5-3 Thursday night. K.J. Vorhees, Rob Miller, Curtis Menzul and Aaron Lewis all scored on powerplay goals, three of them on 5-on-3. Kevin Swider added a second period powerplay goal for the Ice Bears. Chris Peach scored two goals and Bill Monkman added one for the Havoc. Huntsville was whistled for 72 penalty minutes that resulted in 14 powerplay opportunities for Knoxville, they converted on five. Huntsville was 2-of-5 on the powerplay. Matt Carmichael suffered his first loss of the season while James Ronayne got the win. Knoxville outshot Huntsville 53-24.

Friday, November 11 - Huntsville 3, Knoxville 5

KNOXVILLE, TN - The Knoxville Ice Bears converted on 3-of-9 as the defeated the Huntsville Havoc 5-3 for the second consecutive night. Bill Monkman, Jeff Dams and Chris Peach all scored powerplay goals for the Havoc. James Patterson netted three assists.

One of the top newcomers in the line-up for the Huntsville Havoc will be a guest on the show as forward Bill Monkman will join Head Coach John Gibson, play-by-play broadcaster Denis J. Puska and Thom Abraham from 6 pm to 7 pm. The show will air on Sports Radio 730 The Ump as well as the world wide web at www.huntsvillehavoc.com.

Promotions this Week

Friday, November 18 vs Columbus Cottonmouths - The first 1,000 fans will receive a puck courtesy of Huntsville Hospital Therapy and Sports Center. It's also another WAY-FM Family Fun Friday where for $50 fans receive four General Admission Tickets; four Hot Dogs; four Sodas and a large popcorn. Tickets are available at the VBC and all Ticketmaster outlets.

On the Air

On Thursday night, the Havoc travel to Florence South Carolina to meet the Pee Dee Cyclones at 7:05 Eastern, 6:05 Central Time. Fans will be able to tune into the game live following Hey Coach on Sports Radio 730 The Ump and the world wide web at www.huntsvillehavoc.com with the voice of the Havoc Denis J. Puska bringing you all of the exciting action. On Friday, the game will be aired live on Sports Radio 730 The Ump beginning with Havoc Game Night at 7:15 pm.
