HUNTSVILLE, AL - Knoxville forward, Kevin Swider, has been named the SPHL Sher-wood Player of the Week.
Swider played in three games scoring 3 goals and adding 7 assists for a total of 10 points. He has played in 10 games this season scoring 7 goals and 14 assists. He is originally from Livonia, Michigan.
Swider's teammate, KJ Voorhees, was named runner-up after scoring 4 goals and 5 assists giving him with a total of 9 points for the week.
Also nominated was Tim Green, a left wing for the Columbus Cottonmouths. He scored 3 goals and had 4 assists during the two games played this week giving him a total of 7 points.
