Huntsville Havoc News Release
HUNTSVILLE, AL - After two weeks of an intense training camp, head coach Eric Soltys has trimmed the roster down to the final 18.
Released today was former Havoc forward Craig Bushey and goalie Bryce Luker. Defenseman Rob Stanfield, who lives locally, was also released but he will be joining the team on three-game tryouts as his schedule allows.
"After analyizing the situation forward Dan Buccella has decided to pursue other opportunities in his career," Soltys said. "He has been a fan favorite and a dedicated player to this organization for many years. We thank him for his service and wish him the best."
The Havoc will hit the road Friday for a trip to Columbus before heading to Twin City for games on Saturday and Sunday. The home opener is set for Saturday, November 1 at 7:30 against Columbus.
