
Havoc Struggles On Road Trip

HUNTSVILLE, AL - The Huntsville Havoc hit the road last week with 10 wins. After four games on the road they return home with those same 10 wins after going 0-3-1 on the week.
Tuesday, November 18 (at Fayetteville) - The Fayetteville FireAntz scored two third period goals to rally and grab a 4-3 win over the Huntsville Havoc Tuesday night. It was just the second loss of the season for Huntsville. B.J. Radovich scored two powerplay goals for the Havoc while Travis Kauffeldt scored one. Former Havoc forward, Emery Olauson added two powerplay goals for the FireAntz. Dan Buccella and Chris Leveille scored goals in the third period. Tim Haun made 50 saves in his first loss of the season. Kyle Knechtel made 24 in the win.
Thursday, November 20 (at Twin City) - Travis Kauffedlt scored two unassisted goals but it wasn't enough as the Huntsville Havoc fell 4-2 to the Twin City Cyclones Thursday night. Allan Sirois and Donald Melnyk both scored two goals each for the Cyclones. Ross Cherry made 26 saves in the loss while Kevin Druce made 24 in the win.
Friday, November 21 (at Richmond) - Tristan Lush scored a powerplay goal just two minutes into the game but that's all the Huntsville Havoc could score in a 3-1 loss to the Richmond Renegades Friday night. Ryan Busby, Josh Coyle and Matt Larke all scored for the Renegades, one in each period. Tim Haun made 29 saves in the loss while Ryan Senft made 20 in the win. The Havoc dropped their third straight on the four-game road trip and have only scored six goals in the last three games after scoring six last Saturday against Fayetteville.
Saturday, November 22 (at Knoxville) - Bobby Joe Pelkey scored with 3:00 left in overtime giving the Knoxville Ice Bears a 3-2 win over the Huntsville Havoc Saturday night. Both teams swapped goals in the first and second periods. Chris Rebernik for Knoxville and Travis Kauffeldt for Huntsville both scored in the first. Kevin Swider for Knoxville and B.J. Radovich for Huntsville scored in the second period. Ross Cherry made 27 saves in the loss while Andrew Gallant made 37 in the win. The Havoc struggled on special teams getting no goals in nine chances while the Ice Bears scored two goals on nine chances.
