Havoc Release 2016-17 Schedule

HUNTSVILLE, AL - The Huntsville Havoc released their entire 2016-17 Southern Professional Hockey League schedule today.

The Havoc will once again open the season at the defending regular season champion, Peoria Rivermen on Friday, October 21 and Saturday, October 22.

The home opener is set for Saturday, October 29 against the Knoxville Ice Bears. A couple of changes from the initial home dates release include new start times for the November 19th and January 28th matinee games. Those games will now start at 3:00pm. The matinee game scheduled for February 11th will now be a 7:00pm start time with UAH playing the 3:00pm matinee game.

The Havoc will host the Knoxville Ice Bears, Evansville Thunderbolts, Mississippi RiverKings and the Pensacola Ice Flyers four times each. The Columbus Cottonmouths and Macon Mayhem will visit three times each while Peoria, the Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs and the Fayetteville FireAntz will each make two trips to Pharmacy First Ice.

There will be 10 Friday and 12 Saturday home games, three Thursday night games, two Tuesday night games and one Sunday evening game. All night games will start at 7:00pm this season, while the puck will drop at 5:00pm for the Sunday game.
