Hadji Barry, Michee Ngalina Named to USL Championship Team of the Week; Elvis Amoh Named to Bench

Colorado Springs, CO - The Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC and the USL Championship officially announced today that Hadji Barry and Michee Ngalina have been named to the Team of the Week for Week 19 of the 2022 season, presented by Konami eFootball.
Hadji Barry recorded one goal and two assists, taking the league-lead with eight helpers this season, and finished the night with four shots and five chances created as the Switchbacks defeated the LA Galaxy II 4-2 on Friday night.
Michee Ngalina recorded a goal and assist, completed 4 of 4 dribbles and 24 of 26 passes, and won 13 of 15 duels and 2 of 3 tackles defensively as the Switchbacks took a 4-2 victory against the LA Galaxy II at Weidner Field.
Elvis Amoh also earned a spot on the bench after Friday's match against LA Galaxy II earned him a brace and an assist against LA Galaxy II.
The Switchbacks have had a player on the team or on the bench for Team of the Week for 9 of the 19 weeks completed so far in the 2022 campaign.
The Switchbacks are now 13-7-0 in the league, sitting at no.2 slot in the Western Conference. They have not been lower than No. 2 in the Western Conference since week 2.
