Hadji Barry & Michee Ngalina Named to USL Championship Team of the Week

Colorado Springs, CO - The Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC and the USL Championship officially announced today that Hadji Barry and Michee Ngalina have been named to the Team of the Week for Week 9 of the 2021 season, presented by Cleer Audio.

Barry became just the fifth player all-time in the USL Championship's regular season history to record at least one goal and three assists in a single game.

Ngalina made the Team of the Week after scoring two goals and adding an assist in the Switchbacks' 4-2 win over Tacoma Defiance. Ngalina also recorded two key passes, six successful dribbles, and he won 7 of 11 duels.

The Switchbacks FC are on the road on Tuesday as the club takes on Austin Bold FC at 7:00pm MT on June 22. The Switchbacks are back at Weidner Field on Friday, June 25, against New Mexico United with gates opening at 6pm MT. The match is presented by Southwest Airlines with a Fireworks show directly following the match.
