
Gutierrez placed on disabled list

LEXINGTON, KY. â The Houston Astros announced today that they have placed Juan Gutierrez on the disabled list because of a tender right shoulder.
Gutierrez (0-0) appeared in two games for Lexington, allowing two runs on ten hits in nine innings.
Levi Romero was promoted to Lexington to fill Gutierrez' spot on the Legends roster. Romero comes to Lexington from extended spring training in Kissimmee, Florida.
Romero was 8-0 with a 2.19 ERA in thirteen games for Greeneville in 2004. Romero will wear jersey number 31.
