Grizzlies Resume Playoff Push at Home with Seven Games

FRESNO, Calif. - The 11th Fresno Grizzlies homestand of the 2018 season is scheduled for August 9 through 15 with seven games against the Albuquerque Isotopes (Colorado Rockies) and Las Vegas 51s (New York Mets). Tickets beginning as low as $10 may be purchased at the Chukchansi Park box office, or anytime at FresnoGrizzlies.com. Fresno currently leads the PCL's Pacific Northern Division by six games with 27 to play, aiming for their second division title and playoff appearance in four seasons.
School supply drive, courtesy of United Way: Any fans who donate socks, underwear or school supplies in any amount for underprivileged children at gates 1, 2 or 6 between August 9 and August 12 will receive a FREE Reserved ticket voucher for ANY game of the upcoming homestand, August 9-15.

Thursday, August 9 (7:05 p.m.) - Bruce Lee vs. Chuck Norris Night!: Who is your favorite? Join us on the first night of the homestand as we pay homage to these two Kung Fu legends. Attractions will include a ninja star throwing range in the ballpark (no really), and special "Nunchuck Churros" as a one-game only concessions item. For just $20, fans can join either "Team Bruce" or "Team Chuck" which includes a Reserved ticket and a team t-shirt (see attached image). The purchase of a Team Bruce or Team Chuck ticket package automatically enters the fan to win a $50 gift card to the Fresno Grizzlies Team Store, courtesy of Card City. (There will be 12 winners.)
And remember, when Parker does a push-up, he's really not pushing himself up, he's just pushing the Earth down.
Throwback Thursday/Fresno Raisin Eaters Jerseys: For the final time this season, the Grizzlies will take the field in tribute jerseys to the 1906 Fresno Raisin Eaters, Fresno's first club in the Pacific Coast League! The game-worn jerseys will be available to bid on the following day at the ballpark (Friday, August 10); jerseys will be autographed by the player.
CAL FIRE NIGHT: All proceeds from the jersey auction will be donated to the families of Brian Hughes and Braden Varney, who heroically lost their lives helping fight the Ferguson Fire. In partnership with McCormick Barstow.
Thursday Happy Hour Special: The best food deal in Triple-A is back for 2018! At every Thursday home game from gates open (6:05 p.m.) to first pitch, fans can order a burger, fries and a 12-ounce beer or soda for just FIVE DOLLARS.
Friday, August 10 (7:05 p.m.) - Friday Night Fireworks presented by Fresno Madera Farm Credit: Only two Friday night home games remain at Chukchansi Park in the regular season- don't miss your chance to see another spectacular post-game fireworks show!
Farmer's Market: On the concourse pre-game and during the game, presented by GAR Tootelian.
Saturday, August 11 (7:05 p.m.) - King of The Wing Throwdown: While the Tri-Tip, Rib and Taco Truck Throwdown champions have already been crowned this season, it's time to settle who makes the best chicken wings in Fresno. Come hungry and sample everything as local favorites Kocky's, Chicken Shack, Curry's Pizza and others go head-to-head. Fans will vote on the champion.
Sunday, August 12 (5:05 p.m.) - 25-Cent Hot Dog Night presented by Farmer John: While the Grizzlies have already slashed beer prices to five dollars and cut prices on the most popular concession items mid-season, you haven't seen anything yet. Hot dogs will be only 25 cents from gates open until the end of the 7th inning. There is a limit of 10 per customer per transaction, but no limit on how many 25-cent hot dogs you can buy during the game!
Save Mart Sunday: Fans should bring their Save Mart receipt or show the Save Mart app at the ticket office to receive $5 off each ticket in their purchase (limit eight tickets). A pre-game autograph session will feature two Grizzlies players, and Kids Run the Bases post-game. Pre-game catch on the field for families will begin shortly after general public gates open (4 p.m.), lasting approximately 20 minutes.
Monday, August 13 (7:05 p.m.) - Monday Madness presented by The Fresno Bee: The best ticket deal in Minor League Baseball is back! Fans can take advantage of two Reserved tickets, two hot dogs, two sodas, two Fresno Chaffee Zoo vouchers and two Pieology pizza or salad vouchers, all for just $25!
Tuesday, August 14 (7:05 p.m.) - Toyota Taco Tuesday: The Grizzlies' alter-ego, the Fresno Tacos, take the field! In addition to 2-for-1 (buy one, get one) field box and club tickets, fans will be able to enjoy $2 tacos from Taco Truck Throwdown-approved trucks and "Oppo Taco" on the right field concourse at Chukchansi Park, $2 sodas and $2 churros (specials good through the fifth inning).
Dos Equis | Dos Tacos: Purchase a 24-oz Dos Equis can and receive a voucher for two FREE tacos from one of the trucks.
