LAS VEGAS: The Las Vegas 51s professional baseball team, in their 36TH season as a member of the Pacific Coast League (PCL), and Triple-A affiliate of the New York Mets, will host its 15th Annual Tip a 51 Luncheon at Public School 702 located at Downtown Summerlin (1850 Festival Plaza Drive, telephone number: (702) 749-3007) on Saturday, August 11 at 11:30 a.m. to benefit Olive Crest's Safe at Home Program supporting children who have suffered from abandonment, abuse and neglect.

For a $30.00 donation, fans and friends will be able to enjoy a wonderful menu put together by Public School 702. Participating as waiters and servers will be members of the Las Vegas 51sbaseball team. Generous tipping is encouraged as 100% of the proceeds will benefit Olive Crest's Safe at Home Program.

"The Tip a 51 Luncheon is annually an important event for our organization," 51s President/COO Don Logan said. "We have helped raise money to benefit many organizations throughout the years with the luncheon.

"The 51s franchise is proud to team up and to be a community partner with Olive Crest. It's also a great experience for both our players and fans that attend this luncheon."

The three-course meal menu will consist of House Mixed Green Salad, Skirt Steak Tacos, What Came First Sandwich, Chilaquiles, Vegetarian Chilaquiles, Delectable S'mores Parfait, Coffee, Tea, Soda (alcoholic beverages available at an additional cost).
