
Grizzlies Continue Road Trip in Tulsa & Wichita

Tulsa, Oklahoma - The Utah Grizzlies continue their 6 game road trip this week with games on Tuesday and Wednesday vs the Tulsa Oilers and Friday and Saturday vs the Wichita Thunder.
The Grizzlies split a 2 game weekend series against the Kansas City Mavericks. Utah won 5-1 last Friday as they got goals from 5 different skaters and Kevin Carr stopped 25 of 26 shots. Josh Dickinson and Jack Walker each had 1 goal and 1 assist.
Last Saturday the Mavericks won 4-3 to split the series. Utah got goals from Taylor Richart, Caleb Herbert and JT Henke. Herbert has been on an incredible hot stretch for the Grizzlies. He has 4 goals in his last 3 games. Herbert is 2nd in the league with 23 goals on the season.
Austin Carroll has 2 goals and 3 assists in his last 3 games. Eric Freschi is also on a good stretch, where he has 1 goal and 3 assists in his last 3 games. JT Henke has 1 goal and 3 assists in his last 3 games.
The Grizzlies return home for a 6 game homestand on February 6th against the Idaho Steelheads for a 3 game series from Feb. 6-9.
Grizzlies Fight Cancer Weekend Presented by Stadler is February 15th and 16th against Kansas City. The second Maverik Monday of the season is on February 18th against K.C. With Maverik Monday, tickets are buy one get one free when you show your Maverik Adventure Card at the Maverik Center box office when purchasing tickets.

Roster Moves last 7 days
Defenseman Kevin Davis returned to the Grizzlies lineup and played last Friday at Kansas City. He returned to Colorado and played for the AHL's Eagles on Saturday night. Davis is now back in a Utah uniform for the Tulsa Series. Goaltender Joe Cannata spent last weekend with the Colorado Eagles and has returned to the Grizzlies roster for the Tulsa series. Forward Josh Dickinson went to the Eagles and missed last Monday's 7-4 loss to Idaho on January 21st. Dickinson returned to the Grizzlies lineup and played in both games at Kansas City. Utah released forward Stan Dzahkov on January 24th. Dzahkov had 1 assist in 10 games for Utah.
