Utah Grizzlies News Release
WEST VALLEY CITY, UTAH - The Utah Grizzlies announced today the return of one of the more popular promotions from last season, Grizzbee's Birthday Package.
Last season, over 80 kids took advantage of the special package and celebrated their birthdays at the 'E' Center with Grizzbee during a Grizzlies hockey game.
"We feel that birthdays are obviously a very special occasion for youngsters and that our special ticket package gives the child the opportunity for a birthday party they'll never forget celebrated with 9,000 hockey fans," said Grizzlies Director of Group Tickets Burke Nelson. "Grizzlies hockey is affordable family entertainment and Grizzbee's Birthday Package is just another vehicle for hockey fans to be a part of this historic 10th Anniversary Season."
The birthday package costs $165.00 for up to 10 guests and then $15.00 for each additional person. It includes a ticket to that night's hockey game, hotdog, Pepsi and Dreyer's Ice Cream for each child. The birthday child also gets a special visit from Grizzbee who'll deliver a special birthday present and on-ice recognition during an intermission.
