
Greyhounds Trim Roster Following Luke Williams Memorial

*Fifty-six Hounds hopefuls made their way to Sault Ste. Marie for Training Camp 2019.
Now after four days of on and off-ice activities, the club has set their roster in advance of OHL pre-season play.
At the conclusion of tonight's Annual Luke Williams Memorial Red & White Game, GM Kyle Raftis, Head Coach John Dean and their accompanying staff reduced the team's active roster down to 25 players.
Presently remaining with the club are:
GOALIES (2) - Christian Propp, Ethan Taylor
DEFENCEMAN (7) - Holden Wale, Matthew Halushak, Robert Calisti, Drew Wawrow, Jacob Holmes, Jacob LeGuerrier, Ryan O'Rourke
FORWARDS (16) - Cullen McLean, Alex Johnston, Zack Trott, Rory Kerins, Cole MacKay, Jaromir Pytlik, Ryan Roth, Brett Jacklin, Tye Kartye, Marc Boudreau, Joe Carroll, Jaden Peca, CJ Clarke, Dominic Mufarreh, Tanner Dickinson, Kalvyn Watson
Seventeen (17) players were subsequently released from the club, or re-assigned to various programs following the game. Those players are:
Coulter Taylor, Hunter Brown, Kobe Seguin, Logan Heroux, Tyler Savard, Rhys Chiddenton, Luke Haymes, Owen Parsons, Luca Di Pasquo, Brandon Heaslip, Cole McGuire, Luke DeVries, Tyson Tomasini, Alex Frechette, Jordan D'Intino, Alexander Timchenko
The Hounds will now face a quick turnaround as less than twenty-four hours from now (Saturday, August 31 @ 7:00 PM) the team visits the Sudbury Wolves in the Nickel City.
A break will then ensue before the team travels to Chatham for a neutral site game against the Sting on Thursday, September 12 @ 6:30 PM.
The lone home exhibition game will take place on Sunday, September 15th when the Hounds re-acquaint themselves with the Sudbury Wolves.
Game time is 2:07 PM.
