Grateful Dead Night Returns August 20th with Splintered Sunlight

JERSEY SHORE, NJ - The popular BlueClaws Grateful Dead Night, presented by Rothman Orthopaedics, returns to ShoreTown Ballpark on Saturday, August 20th as part of the 7:05 pm game against the Wilmington Blue Rocks (Nationals).

The night is headlined by Splintered Sunlight, a popular Grateful Dead tribute band. They will play live in the Sand Bar beginning at 6:15 pm as part of the Bell's Brewery BlueClaws Summer Concert Series.

Food and drink specials include the following:

Phillies Stand (concourse behind Section 108)

- Terrapin Station Cheesesteak

Blue Wave Bar

- Eyes of the World (Captain Morgan and Ginger Ale)

- Scarlet Begonias (Tito's Vodka, Lemonade and Iced Tea)

- Beary Jerry Burger

Sand Bar

- Eyes of the World (Captain Morgan and Ginger Ale)

- Scarlet Begonias (Tito's Vodka, Lemonade and Iced Tea)

_ShoreTown Soft Serve

- _Cherry Garcia (ice cream sundae with fruity pebbles plus a cherry and whipped cream)

In-game promotions will be Grateful Dead-themed. Plus, a special t-shirt will be available in-person that night only.

Howard Wiener, a popular Grateful Dead author, will be on hand selling copies of his books in the Sand Bar with a portion of the sales benefitting BlueClaws Charities.

The BlueClaws are the Jersey Shore's top stop for affordable, family entertainment. The team has drawn over 8-million fans to ShoreTown Ballpark since their 2001 inception.
