On Monday, August 1st, 2011, the Rochester Honkers will be displaying the Patriot Flag at Mayo Field. The Patriot Flag, honoring those who have fallen on 9/11/2001, has been traveling to all of the 50 United States before it flies in Shanksville, PA, Arlington, VA and Manhattan N.Y.C on the Tenth Anniversary of 9/11.

 

Come out and show your American Pride on Monday, 8/1/2011.

 

All Military Personal both active and retired who show their military I.D. will gain admission for FREE.

 

The First 500 Fans will also receive a Free Set of Hometown Hero Trading Cards courtesy of the D.A.V. These Cards have local servicemen and women in them along with some of your favorite Rochester Honkers, including Slider!

 

Gates Open at 6:00pm on Monday, August 1st with first pitch at 7:05pm.

 

Mayo Field is currently the ONLY location in the state of Minnesota that the Patriot Flag will be flown!
