
Goldeyes Bring in Boddicker

Winnipeg Goldeyes manager Rick Forney announced today the baseball club has signed infielder James Boddicker and placed catcher Chris Robinson on irrevocable waivers for the purpose of granting his release.
Boddicker, 23, made his professional debut earlier this season with the Kansas City T-Bones, hitting .253 with four RBI in 23 games.
Robinson has elected to return to Morehead State on a graduate studies scholarship.
The Goldeyes have 22 players on their active roster, including 12 pitchers and 10 position players.
Winnipeg begins a three-game series with the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks tonight at Shaw Park. Game time is 7 p.m.
