
Goldeyes Activate Carnes

WINNIPEG, MB - The Winnipeg Goldeyes made two transactions prior to Sunday afternoon's game against the St. Paul Saints.
The Goldeyes activated left-handed pitcher Ethan Carnes from the disabled list. Carnes will make the start for Winnipeg today. The Hoover, Alabama native was claimed off of waivers from the Texas AirHogs last week and was 2-0 with a 3.45 ERA in five starts.
Right-handed pitcher Zach Dando has cleared waivers and is now a free agent.
The Goldeyes' active roster stands at the maximum 23 players.
