Goaltender Anton Khudobin reassigned to Houston Aeros

HOUSTON, Texas - The Minnesota Wild has reassigned G Anton Khudobin from the Texas Wildcatters of the ECHL to the Houston Aeros of the American Hockey League (AHL). Khudobin, who has now been assigned to the Aeros five times this season, will meet the club in Chicago where the Aeros play tonight at 7 p.m.

Khudobin, 21 (5/7/86), has made two appearances with the Aeros this year, including his first AHL start on February 8, recording a 0.60 goals-against average (GAA) with a .972 save percentage in 100 minutes of play for a 1-0-0 record. The Kazakhstan native has a record of 20-2-3 in 27 games with ECHL Texas this season. He has a 1.98 GAA and a .934 save percentage with the club and ranks first in the league in each category. Khudobin was a seventh-round selection (No. 206 overall) in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.
