
Gladiators Training Camp Opens Friday, October 1st

Atlanta Gladiators News Release
The Gwinnett Gladiators will open their 2010 Training Camp on Friday, October 1st with physicals and medical testing and will begin on-ice sessions starting Saturday, October 2nd at 12:10 p.m. at the Duluth Ice Forum.
The Gladiators training camp will run through October 14th in preparation for the Gladiators first game of the season at Florida on October 15th. Gwinnett opens the home schedule of the 2010-2011 season on Friday, October 22nd against the South Carolina Stingrays.
A majority of on-ice sessions for training camp will take place at the Duluth Ice Forum from 12:10 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. each day of camp. The only exceptions will be on Sunday, October 10th when the Gladiators will skate from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and on Wednesday, October 13th when the Gladiators will skate at the Arena at Gwinnett Center. The training camp schedule is subject to change.
During training camp, the Gladiators inaugural Fan Fest will be held on October 10th and will allow fans the opportunity to interact with the Gladiators and learn more about the organization.

The Gwinnett Gladiators open the 2010-11 season on the road before returning home to host the South Carolina Stingrays on Friday, October 22nd at 7:35 p.m. The Gladiators are the AA affiliate of the Atlanta Thrashers and play all home games at the 11,355-seat Arena at Gwinnett Center, located just off I-85 on Sugarloaf Parkway in Duluth.
