
George Brett Not Coming To Frawley Stadium

Wilmington, DE - Due to weather complications since Sunday and forecasted troubles still to come, the Wilmington Blue Rocks have announced that George Brett will not make an appearance at Frawley Stadium. Tonight's series opener between the Wilmington Blue Rocks and Myrtle Beach Pelicans is still on as scheduled. Please monitor the team's official website, www.bluerocks.com, for information on the game's status throughout the day.
"Unfortunately, the weather is not cooperating with our efforts to have Mr. Brett at Frawley Stadium," said Blue Rocks general manager Chris Kemple. "We hope our fans will understand these difficult circumstances."
