OKLAHOMA CITY - The NBA Development League has announced time changes for two Oklahoma City Blue home games. Oklahoma City's February 27 contest against the Austin Spurs will now tip at 1 p.m. (originally 2 p.m.) and the March 29 game against the Rio Grande Valley Vipers is now slated for 8 p.m. (originally 7 p.m.).
