The Sioux Falls Skyforce closes out play with a back-to-back on the road against the Oklahoma City Blue and Texas Legends today and Wednesday.

Sioux Falls rolled nine-straight victories to start the regular season, which was the best start in the NBA G League era. However, they hit a few bumps, losing three of the next four games. It seems as if the Force has found that footing again, with four wins in the last five and a 1.5-game lead over Rio Grande Valley for first place in the Western Conference.

The Skyforce swept the Rip City Remix over the weekend, with the latter being a 103-86 victory on Saturday, as HEAT two-way player Cole Swider led the way with 20 points and a career-high 13 rebounds. Jamaree Bouyea contributed 22 points and eight assists, while Josh Christopher and Manny Camper combined for 20 points, 15 rebounds, seven assists and a +37 +/- off the bench.

With the attention quickly turned to the OKC Blue, who held a seven-game winning streak after a 121-107 battle with the Stockton Kings on Saturday. Sioux Falls took the last contest with Oklahoma City 107-99 on 2/28/23, when Justin Champagnie guided the team with 23 points and 15 rebounds.

The Blue has been led by Lindy Waters III, who recently earned a standard deal with the Thunder. He has averaged 22.5 points on 50% shooting, 5.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists. Jahmi'us Ramsey has been a key contributor, as he's averaging 21.6 points, 8.3 rebounds and 3.8 assists per 30.1 minutes a game. Oklahoma City has one of the better defenses in the entire league, as their 110.2 points given up per game ranks seventh in the G League. They are also the best rebounding team in the league, with 49.0 per game.

Sioux Falls wraps up play at Texas on Wednesday, which is a makeup game from Jan. 15. Tip-off is slated for 7:00 PM CST.

SWIDER SHOW

- Miami HEAT two-way player Cole Swider ranks second in the NBA G League in points per game (24.6). He has reeled off seven-straight 20+ point games and the lone game without it during the regular season was 19.

- In his last four games, he's produced three double doubles. He's averaging 23.0 points on 48.4%, 9.5 rebounds and 3.8 assists in the last four.

- The Force is 8-1 during the regular season when Swider is on transfer.
