Guelph coming off a win in the Soo Saturday night will be feeling good after finding a great offensive performance. Winning 6-5 the team bounced back exactly how they'd want to after the 9-4 loss to the Soo, with big performances from Sasha Pastujov, who put up 1 goal and 3 assists and Michael Buchinger who tallied 2 assists, the team was able to take a win from the Soo trip. Heading into tonight against the Knights the team has a record of 7-5-1-0 which is 3rd in conference standings just behind London.
The London Knights are no longer undefeated after losing their first game of the season in a 3-2 loss to the Flint Firebirds. The Knight's record is currently 9-1-0-0 which is enough to stay tied in points with the Soo Greyhounds and sit in 2nd place in conference standings. Top player Luke Evangelista leads the team in points and goals with 15 points and 11 goals in the 10 games they've played so far this season. The Knights will be looking to bounce back after their first loss of the season against the visiting Storm.
